When you buy Services (including any services bundles or packages) from LetLord for Landlords Limited on a one-off basis, you have 14 days after you order your product LetLord for Landlords. However, once LetLord have completed the Services I.e your property is uploaded or otherwise you cannot change your mind, even if the period is still running.
As part of our refund policy, if you cancel after LetLord have started the Services, you must pay LetLord for the services provided up until the time you tell LetLord that you have changed your mind. LetLord will refund any sums paid by you for Services not provided but LetLord may deduct from that refund compensation for the net costs LetLord will incur as a result of your ending the contract. Such costs will always include any third party costs incurred by LetLord from the time We email you to confirm LetLord accept your order together with our own administration costs connected with your order. Please note that LetLord instruct our sub-contractors and agents immediately upon confirming that LetLord accept your order and so LetLord incur a liability to pay them at that time. Property marketing listings also go live on the Site immediately upon receipt of landlords’ instructions.
When you buy Services (including any services bundles or packages) from LetLord on an on-ongoing basis, you may contact LetLord to cancel the contract but it will not end until one calendar month after the day on which you contact LetLord. LetLord will refund any advance payment you have made for Services which will not be provided to you as long as LetLord or LetLord sub-contractors’ or agents’ performance of the Services has not started. If they have started, the refund provisions above shall apply.
If you wish to cancel the Services, please telephone 0333 011 8887 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately; as by not doing so, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the service contract is fully performed.
