When you tenant is passed we will supply you with all the relevant documents including tenancy agreements to move your new tenants in.
We will make sure your tenants looks after the property, pays the rent on time and ensure its ready to let once the tenants leave to minimise any void rent periods – no one like those!
When the property becomes available again we will re activate and find you another great tenant.
A retention fee of £199 is charged where a landlord wishes to renew a tenancy with a client referred by LetLord for Landlords Limited. This will include provision of new tenancy agreement and liaison with tenant on the landlords behalf. This payment is due in advance of the tenancy renewal date.
A fee of £35 per late payment is charged where a tenant does not pay their in rent, on time each month. This is due immediately and will be taken from the monthly instalment. In this instance a full payment of rent is required. If late payment fees / rentals are not received during the term the agent (LetLord for Landlords Limited) reserve the right to be charged and removed from the deposit at the end of tenancy.

Yes our fully managed package is a fixed price – forever! You will never have to pay more for management just £299 in advance then just £50 per month – regardless of the properties rental value.
Yes our landlords get to choose the best tenants and we reference them on your behalf, although if you prefer we can manage your viewings for you at a cost of just £99 per month.

Yes we can, however based on the different packages we offer, it is always the landlords responsibility to ensure that any tenant's deposit is lodged with a relevant deposit protection scheme.
Letlord accepts no responsibility for lodging deposits unless requested in writing and with explicit, expressed consent from the landlord.
